Meat & Poultry:

  • 8 oz raw bacon

  • 4 lbs ground beef

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts (2 breasts)

Canned Goods:

  • 14 oz can fire roasted diced tomatoes

  • 4 oz tomato paste

  • 16 oz can low sodium pinto beans (or other beans)

  • 16 oz can low sodium kidney beans

  • 3 cups beef stock or broth

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth

  • 3 cups red enchilada sauce

  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon

Dairy:

  • 2 cups sour cream

  • ¾ cup half and half

  • ½ cup heavy cream

  • ¾ cup Jack cheese (shredded)

  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Vegetables & Produce:

  • 2 yellow onions

  • 2 bell peppers (various colors)

  • 4-5 jalapeno peppers

  • 2 tomatoes

  • 3-4 medium potatoes (about 1-2 lbs)

  • 3 limes

  • 2 garlic bulbs

  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • Fresh minced parsley (optional)

  • 2-3 teaspoons taco seasoning

  • 1 Romaine lettuce head

  • 1 bunch green onions

  • 2 avocados

  • Store-bought mango salsa (optional)

Grains:

  • Corn tortillas

  • 8 ounces spaghetti noodles (broken in half)

  • 1-2 cups cooked white or brown rice

  • Tortilla chips

Spices & Pantry:

  • Olive Oil

  • 2 teaspoons cumin

  • 2-3 teaspoons taco seasoning

  • ½ tsp sea salt

  • 1 tsp black pepper

  • 2 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • ¾ teaspoon dried oregano

  • ¼ teaspoon dried thyme

  • 1-2 teaspoons sugar (optional)

  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour

  • Hot sauce (like Tabasco)

  • Crushed red pepper flakes

Sauces & Condiments:

  • 3 cups marinara sauce (homemade or 1 (24-ounce) store-bought jar)

  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste

  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
